Fresher - Claims Associate Junior

Overview

Junior Claims Associate role focused on evaluating and processing healthcare claims with accuracy and quality within SLA parameters.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and process claims according to company policies, procedures, and productivity/quality standards.
• Maintain production and quality standards based on quality control expectations.
• Process claims accurately and timely.
• Assist claimants, providers, and clients with questions or issues about claims and/or policies.
• Adapt to cross-training and multiple tasking.
• Work in any shift and in-office premises as per organizational/business requirements.

What you'll need

• Work as a fresher (Freshers specified).
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fine arts/design.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills (stated as nice to have).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Customer service orientation.
