Overview

Front Line Manager for Finance & Accounting (F&A) focused on Record to Report (R2R). The role manages financial record accuracy, closing processes, reporting, compliance, and mentors the finance accounting team.

What you'll do

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
• Oversee preparation of journal entries and manage month-end and year-end closing for timely reporting.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial reporting and operational efficiency strategies.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team to promote accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Experience with Accounting and Financial Analysis.
• Ability in Financial Reporting and Financial Operations.
• Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting and Record To Report (R2R).
• Working knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).
