Frontline PS Support Engineer

Overview

Frontline PS Technical Support Engineer on the Professional Services team in Gurugram, supporting Taboola clients via chat, email, and video conference.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
• Respond to customer support inquiries via email, live chat, and a support ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the ad tech domain.
• Communicate urgent technical issues internally and externally.
• Escalate technical issues internally as needed.
• Manage cases and assign them in a timely manner.
• Work across different shifts as part of 24/7 operations.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Openness to 24x7 shifts.
• Working experience in the ad tech industry.
• Working experience in technical support and understanding of logs.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SQL.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
