FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator

Overview

FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the project team for assigned clinical trial activities and helps maintain audit readiness.

What you'll do

• Coordinate, oversee, and complete functions on assigned trial activities using a task matrix (central or local as per role).
• Perform department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews and document findings in the appropriate systems.
• Ensure allocated tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard while communicating risks to project leads.
• Provide system support for Activate & eTMF and keep system databases current.
• Support administrative trial tasks including (e)TMF processing, (e)TMF reviews, and distribution of communications as assigned.
• Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports; assist with clarification and resolution of findings related to site documentation.

What you'll need

• Clinical research experience comparable to 3 to 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a team or independently as required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn clinical trial database systems.
• Knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organization/client SOPs and WPDs for aspects of project execution and closeout.
