FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator I

Overview

Clinical Trial Coordinator I role providing administrative and technical support to a project team for assigned clinical trials, including audit readiness and site activation support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate, oversee, and complete assigned trial activities based on the task matrix.
• Perform department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews and document findings.
• Ensure allocated tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard while communicating risks.
• Provide system support for Activate & eTMF and keep system databases current.
• Manage trial administrative work, including timely document processing for client (e)TMF and mass communications.
• Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports; assist with clarification and resolution of findings.

What you'll need

• 0 to 1 year of previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (or an equivalent combination of education/training/experience).
• High/secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn clinical trial database systems.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of applicable Country Regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organization/Client SOPs and WPDs.
• Ability to complete the organization’s clinical training program and communicate effectively in English.

• Location: Remote, Poland.
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri (standard).
• Working environment includes office/laboratory/clinical and/or home office; occasional travel and occasional drives to site locations.
