Full Stack Dot Net Developer

Overview

Develop and support enterprise applications for Citi's Client Technology organization using Microsoft technologies and related development tools.

What you'll do

• Participate in application releases from development and testing through deployment into production.
• Perform post-release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.
• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi applications.
• Provide quick resolutions to application issues.
• Drive stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.
• Assess risks appropriately when business decisions are made, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policy, and apply sound ethical judgment.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications.
• Expertise in architecting enterprise-wide solutions using Microsoft technologies and design patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core 8+.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular 12+.
• Hands-on experience in NoSQL, preferably MongoDB, or any big data.
• Experience in REST API.
• Experience in JavaScript.
• Experience in messaging queues.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible.
• Passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
• Ability to learn and adapt, help teach others, and encourage idea exchange and information percolation.
• Analytical thinking and knowledge of development methodologies.
• Attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
