Full Stack Engineer

Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience to backend code. Leverage new technologies to address challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset.

What you'll do

• Develop and engineer end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services.
• Leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges.
• Contribute effectively to team success and overall project objectives through continuous learning and adapting to evolving industry trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable applications.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
