Overview

Build the product layer for AI-native, production-grade workflows as a Full Stack Engineer focused on agent reliability, real-time interactions, and end-to-end feature delivery.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design agent workflows for planning, tool use, failure handling, and recovery.
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into reliable systems.
• Develop real-time AI interactions with streaming and partial results.
• Improve reliability, observability, latency, and fallback mechanisms.
• Ship AI-native features for persistent, multi-step workflows.
• Iterate using usage data, evaluations, monitoring, and failure modes.

What you'll need

• Strong full stack engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong ownership from feature idea through production.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
• Experience with technologies including Next.js, Python, Node.js, PyTorch, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, or Docker.
