Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d)

Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer to build full-stack product surfaces for campaign management, dashboards/reporting, audience and asset tooling, and APIs used to connect demand and supply.

What you'll do

• Design and build full-stack features from responsive web front-ends to back-end services and APIs.
• Select appropriate languages and tools across a polyglot stack and keep the front end lightweight.
• Build and consume well-designed APIs to integrate products into a unified architecture.
• Own production services including testing, observability, performance, and on-call.
• Collaborate with product leads on scoping, estimation, and technical decisions within an autonomous pod.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards through code review, automation, and pragmatic architecture.

What you'll need

• 8+ years building and shipping production platforms.
• Strong algorithmic fundamentals, data structures, and experience solving complex data-processing or optimization problems.
• Ability to be effective in more than one language/ecosystem (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, C++).
• Strong front-end framework skills (e.g., React) and back-end service design.
• Knowledge of relational and/or distributed data stores (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, and system design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, ownership-driven environment with limited hand-holding.
