Overview

Full Stack Engineer for Education Labs, where you help study how AI transforms human capability and ship production-quality features.

What you'll do

• Ship features that support real skill development with AI, measuring success by capability growth.
• Architect end-to-end prototypes across front-end and back-end to test new interaction paradigms.
• Define technical direction by establishing patterns others can follow.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research to translate skill-development principles into product.
• Shape team strategy and roadmap by identifying highest-leverage opportunities.
• Translate research insights into shipped product through close research-engineering collaboration.
• Document and share work via writing, prototypes, and presentations.

What you'll need

• 6+ years building and shipping web products with deep end-to-end expertise.
• Strong full-stack engineering with design sensibility.
• Front-end craft in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and CSS, with interaction/motion/visual detail.
• Back-end and data pipeline experience including Python, API design, and analytics infrastructure.
• Portfolio showcasing innovative interaction designs and high-quality implementations.
• Track record independently driving features from prototype to production.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to rapidly prototype, test with users, and iterate toward production.

Details

• Annual compensation range: $300,000—$405,000 USD.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
