Full Stack Engineers - Senior Associate

Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer - Senior Associate, you will design and develop data-driven solutions that transform raw data into usable insights for client needs within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will manage complex workstreams, build client relationships, and guide junior team members while applying technical methods and business context.

What you'll do

• Develop full stack data science solutions that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for client engagements.
• Build exploratory and descriptive analyses, statistical models, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data quality checks for analytics workflows.
• Apply machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques to address complex client challenges.
• Translate business questions into technical requirements and analytic approaches that align with project goals.
• Review workstreams for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm methodology and technical standards.
• Guide junior team members through problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and delivery tasks.
• Build meaningful client connections and adapt analysis approaches based on shifting business context and priorities.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Systems Engineering.
• Hands-on experience using full stack engineering tools and techniques.
