Full Stack Reporting Lead, VP

Overview

Lead enterprise reporting architecture and data integration across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises ecosystems for reporting, risk, finance, and investment operations. The role combines solution architecture, hands-on technical leadership, delivery accountability, and technology governance.

What you'll do

• Develop enterprise reporting architecture and roadmaps for cloud-native and hybrid data ecosystems.
• Design scalable reporting, transformation, enrichment, and report distribution frameworks.
• Define integration patterns for event-driven, message-based, API-led, microservices, streaming, and CDC architectures.
• Lead near-real-time and real-time processing solutions and low-latency data feeds.
• Provide hands-on development support using APIs, file-based feeds, workflow orchestration, and GCP integration services.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, and platform modernization.
• Own technology risk, controls, architecture reviews, operational stability, and executive-level technical updates.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in reporting applications and data integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Axiom or Wolters Kluwer reporting tools, Core Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, including GCS, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in data modeling, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, and master data management.
• Experience delivering event-driven, streaming, and low-latency processing solutions.
• Strong understanding of hybrid-cloud integration and Asset Management business processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Exposure to Python.
• Experience in a highly regulated financial services environment.
• Experience in global banking, asset management, or wealth management organizations.
• GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems.
