Fullstack Team Lead (m/f/d)

Overview

Fullstack Team Lead to lead and mentor a coding-first fullstack engineering team, owning delivery from requirements to high-performance UI.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor fullstack engineers, driving quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute hands-on via production coding, code reviews, and setting coding standards.
• Translate complex product requirements into high-performance user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend to deliver cohesive, user-centric features.
• Define and drive fullstack technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Manage execution and prioritization to keep engineering sprints aligned with roadmaps and avoid slippage.
• Lead AI implementation by integrating AI-assisted tools and LLM-based automated testing into daily development.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional fullstack development experience, with most in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience building complex, data-heavy UIs with real-time data visualization.
• Experience with fullstack performance optimization (e.g., bundle size, rendering, lazy loading, caching).
• State management experience with Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar tools.
• Testing proficiency across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• At least 2+ years leading or managing a fullstack engineering team.
