Supports Hitachi Digital Global India's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of systems and networks.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server operating systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Perform network administration tasks, including configuring and monitoring switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor system performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Participate in incident response and problem management processes.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business needs.
• Assist in the implementation of security best practices and compliance initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems administration.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Solid experience with Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
