GIS Testing Analyst - Associate

Overview

As a GIS Testing Analyst - Associate, you will provide client support in Technology Consulting, focusing on Field Service & Operations Modernisation, using Maximo Consulting.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and design enterprise GIS custom applications and data integration solutions.
• Tailor GIS software and tools to specific client needs with required functionalities and features.
• Apply geospatial principles to create detailed functional designs.
• Develop spatial algorithms for data management, executive reporting, and visualization.
• Perform advanced problem solving and support project tasks under senior staff guidance.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations while upholding professional and technical standards.

What you'll need

• At least a BE/BTECH (or equivalent).
• At least 1 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Software.
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise GIS administration and basic project management concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage time/resources to maintain project schedules.
• Proficiency creating design documents and project documentation using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the Utilities domain.
• Knowledge of Esri Utility Network.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira.
• Experience with ArcGIS REST Services and Python scripting.
• Expertise with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle for versioned enterprise geodatabases and strong Geodatabase management/ArcGIS Server configuration.
• Programming experience with ArcGIS JavaScript/REST APIs, ArcPy, and ArcObjects.
