Global Billing Operations - Assistant Manager

Overview

Support the Global Billing Data Sourcing Lead as State Street transforms its client billing data sourcing, moving from legacy manual processes to an automated environment on the single Oracle-based platform (ORMB).

What you'll do

• Work with the Data Sourcing Lead to ensure data can be automated within Data Hub and sent to downstream applications including ORMB within a controlled environment.
• Support and partner with invoicing and setup teams to identify opportunities to reduce manual data sources and convert them to automation in Data Hub (at product and system level).
• Partner with GBIC, Fee Schedule Governance and Data Governance on new client services, covering billing methodology, data, SLAs and data source provider agreements, so the team has the documentation needed to drive new client onboarding.
• Align with the Data Sourcing Lead on prioritization (conversion, DCO and billability) with Product (DMH, CSA, ORMB), and optimize existing data sources.
• Promote a risk excellence culture and look for opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Finance or an equivalent industry-recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Financial/Global Services Organization/Investment banking related IT industry.
• Attention to detail, ownership and accountability.
• Ability to navigate and partner with various stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and present at an above-par level.
• Positive attitude, organized, self-starter, with a history of contributing to a successful, diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence across silos and work with broader teams, with a collaborative attitude.
