Global Billing Operations - Team Lead

Overview

Lead a team within Global Billing Operations' Billing Data function, supporting the Global Billing Data Sourcing Lead in automating and streamlining billing data sourcing and migrating to the Oracle-based ORMB platform.

What you'll do

• Work with the Data Sourcing Lead to ensure data can be automated within Data Hub and sent to downstream applications, including ORMB, within a controlled environment.
• Support and partner with invoicing and setup teams to identify opportunities to reduce and convert manual data sources to automation in Data Hub (at product and system level).
• Partner with GBIC, Fee Schedule Governance and Data Governance on billing methodology, data, SLA and data source provider agreements for new client services, so the team has the documentation needed to onboard new clients.
• Align with the Global Billing Data Sourcing Lead on prioritization (conversion, DCO and billability) with Product (DMH, CSA, ORMB), and optimize existing data sources.
• Promote a risk excellence culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data is available within agreed SLA for timely client billing, support new source identification across all regions, and track and report progress, targets and outcomes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Finance or equivalent industry-recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a Financial/Global Services organization or investment banking related IT industry.
• Attention to detail, ownership and accountability.
• Ability to navigate and partner with various stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and present at an above-par level.
• Positive attitude, organized, self-starter, with a history of contributing to a successful, diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence across silos and work with broader teams with a collaborative attitude.
