Global Delivery Leader

Overview

Global Delivery Leader responsible for driving global operational excellence across delivery operations at Genpact.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational and service delivery improvements.
• Lead and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma and digital transformation.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to assess initiative impact and guide decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance across global operations.
• Drive transformation programs to enhance customer experience, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve process agility.

What you'll need

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance OR a Master’s in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Have certifications including CPSM (Institute for Supply Management) and/or CSCP (IIM Trichy).
• English proficiency at C2 (proficient).
• Experience working with operations leadership responsibilities related to account maintenance and banking services.
• Skills listed for cash application, loan servicing, personal banking, retail banking, risk management, and wealth management.
