Global Employee Data Analyst

Overview

The Global Employee Data Analyst supports HR by safeguarding employee data integrity in Workday and owning high-volume employee documentation and statutory compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain and/or approve employee record data in Workday for transfers, personal information, and title changes.
• Process new hire, job change, time off, and absence transactions in Workday.
• Review audit reports, analyze discrepancies, and process updates to keep Workday-to-payroll data correct.
• Maintain foundational records including supervisory organizations, cost centers, and position titles.
• Prepare employment verification and compliance documentation and coordinate with third-party compliance vendors.
• Resolve PF, pension, and NPS matters within statutory timelines.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years working with HRIS/HCM systems.
• 5+ years in HR administration, compliance, or a related field (preferred).
• Working knowledge of HCM and statutory processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately.
• Prior experience with PF/EPFO/NPS processes (strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent qualification (HR specialization preferred).
