Global HSW Data Analyst

Overview

Global HSW Data Analyst supporting the integration of AI, automation, and technology into HSW processes, including data strategy, tool sustainment, and analytics delivery.

What you'll do

• Support standardization and automation of HSW workflows such as approvals, reminder emails, and automated notifications.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes.
• Support deployment, operation, and sustainment of Cority-enhanced HSW automated tools and technologies.
• Support HSW data strategy and governance, including data collection, analysis, and centralized reporting practices.
• Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for compliance and operational decision-making.
• Produce reporting on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience integrating technology, AI, or automation into HSW, EHS, or related processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computers, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (HSW/EHS/Risk Management experience desirable).
• Preferred knowledge of AI tools, data analytics platforms, and automation technologies (e.g., Cority, Sphera).
• Experience with cloud data platforms, BI tools, and AI technologies; data governance, privacy, and responsible AI preferred.
• Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to create actionable insights.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders.
