Overview
The Global Immigration Compliance Associate supports global immigration and business travel compliance by coordinating immigration processes and ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
What you'll do
- Coordinate global immigration and business travel cases with internal stakeholders and external immigration providers.
- Review international travel requests and immigration questionnaires for travel classification and escalation needs.
- Assist employees with immigration-related documentation and respond to routine visa/work permit/travel inquiries.
- Prepare immigration support documents such as invitation letters, employment confirmation letters, and visa documentation.
- Maintain accurate immigration records and case files for compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain immigration resources including process guides, FAQs, policies, and knowledge management documents.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in immigration and mobility projects.
What you'll need
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in global immigration, global mobility, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and business travel compliance/mobility programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and case management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
