Global Monitoring Specialist

Overview

Global Monitoring Specialist supporting the Global Study Manager with monitoring tasks, reports, and automated monitoring packages within Labcorp's Data Management & Business Solutions function.

What you'll do

• Receive and complete ad hoc manual monitoring requests categorized as low complexity in Workfront, such as monitoring sample status and ensuring certain samples get orders for additional testing.
• Produce customized reports extracted from internal databases.
• Put in place automated monitoring packages (NSSO's) categorized as low complexity, Tier 1, in Workfront by writing service descriptions for programmers to automate.
• Extract information from multiple data sources, convert raw data into meaningful and actionable insights, and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Work with large Excel files.
• Ensure regular communication with key internal stakeholders.
• Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines.
• Participate actively in Labcorp development through continuous process improvements.
• Act efficiently in an environment with dynamic timelines and priorities.
• Participate in functional meetings (e.g., Labcorp Learning Forums) and provide input, keeping processes up to date.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
• Comply with the Data Management & Business Solutions strategy and deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, Life Sciences, Data Management, or related field.
• 7-8 years of related experience.
• Power BI skills.
• Automation skills.

Details

• Location: Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Work schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, in a rotational shift.
