GN-I&E- Comms and Media Salesforce Consultant

Overview

Salesforce techno-functional consultant role driving adoption, optimization, and enhancements of Salesforce solutions across domains including Sales, Service, Marketing, Communications, and Media.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to design and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Lead business analysis, process design, and solution architecture for complex projects.
• Drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations across pre-implementation, discovery, design, development, and post-implementation phases.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver solutions using Salesforce capabilities (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, Vlocity, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce).
• Develop business requirements, user stories, and configure Salesforce (triggers, process builders, flows).
• Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Support pre-sales by responding to RFPs, creating proofs of concept, and preparing cost estimates.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
• Salesforce Clouds is required skill.
• B.Tech/BE and MBA from tier 1 or 2 is required educational qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with agile projects is a must have.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
