Graduate Engineer Trainee

Overview

Graduate Engineer Trainee responsible for customer-site/service and maintenance-related logistics, supporting quote generation, lead routing, and customer request handling.

What you'll do

• Coordinate quote generation and follow-ups with customers or sales via phone and/or email.
• Perform data entry and enrichment for installed base cleanup and database integrations.
• Provide customer service support to GE business partners and their customers.
• Route inbound leads and provide well-defined leads to sales representatives.
• Handle incoming customer requests and provide necessary support.
• Support inside sales team leaders and sales opportunities follow-up.
• Support continuous improvement in processes and productivity with customer teams.

What you'll need

• Full-time engineering degree with specialization in ECE or Mech.
• Degree from an AICTE approved or govt accredited university.
• Graduated or graduating in 2025 with an aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA.
• No backlogs.
• Proficiency in Electronics and Electrical and Mech subject knowledge.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as assigned and/or attend client service needs.
