Overview

Senior Associate – Financial Services Operations Representative providing transaction-processing services for a Mutual Fund client with an operational and service-oriented approach.

What you'll do

• Process daily account activities to fulfill financial service requests with efficiency and accuracy.
• After training, execute service requests including purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account set-up.
• Review transactions for quality and accuracy, escalating concerns as needed.
• Work collaboratively in a virtual environment to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Communicate by phone with advisors, shareholders, and the client to resolve complex issues or clarify requests.
• Use internal and external resources to maintain working knowledge of relevant account and industry trends.

Details

• Location: Pune, India (Commerzone Building 7).
• Initial training: first 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST (7am–4pm CST) with mandatory attendance.
