Analyst - Valuation and Advisory Services

Overview

Analyst for Valuation and Advisory Services who prepares valuations and financial models for commercial real estate assets, supports client interactions, and drafts valuation reports.

What you'll do

• Prepare valuations of complex commercial real estate assets.
• Analyze rent rolls and lease terms for commercial properties.
• Conduct independent financial modeling using DCF, IRR, and NPV.
• Perform site visits and research comparable properties.
• Manage client interactions and ensure expectations are met.
• Draft valuation reports and presentations with assumptions and methodologies.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years post-education experience in valuation, financial modeling, and market research.
• Education: CA/CFA/MBA (Finance).
• Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and financial modeling expertise.
• Excellent report writing and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Good communication skills and being a team player.

Nice to have

• Preferred exposure to Argus.
• Preferred exposure to Power BI/Tableau.
• Preferred exposure to GIS tools.
• Certifications like RICS or CSA/RV.
