Graduate Engineer Trainee

Overview

Graduate Engineering Trainee (Electrical & Electronics) supporting XGEN Engineering for X-ray tube and X-ray generator products across NPI and Install Base engineering.

What you'll do

• Support engineering activities for X-ray tube and X-ray generator products across NPI and Install Base Engineering.
• Interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Support electrical circuit preparation, component selection, and PCB/assembly drawing creation.
• Assist with Engineering Change Requests and engineering change implementation via ECCB.
• Support qualification, verification, validation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems/components.
• Maintain Design History File (DHF) documentation and other technical records for compliance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Hands-on understanding of electrical circuits, schematic diagrams, and electronic components.
• Basic understanding of component selection, PCB fundamentals, and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of circuit analysis and simulation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Cadence or similar ECAD tools.

Nice to have

• Exposure to laboratory testing, verification, and validation through academic projects or internships.
• Understanding of engineering change management and product lifecycle support.
• Interest in medical imaging technologies and electrical product engineering.
