Overview

Graduate Engineer Trainee (Procurement) role supporting sourcing, RFQ activities, purchase order management, vendor coordination, and market tracking.

What you'll do

Assist in preparing RFQs by gathering technical specifications and supporting comparative price statements.
Coordinate with vendors for order follow-ups, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Create, update, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the system.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to align material requirements.
Learn vendor evaluation and cost optimization, and assist in tracking market pricing trends.
Help close PR-POs in time and visit suppliers for follow-up.

What you'll need

Education: BE (Electrical).
Awareness of ISO 14001 standards.
Awareness of ISO 45001 standards.
