Sales Enablement Specialist

Overview

The role serves as a primary contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics, handling Sales Order and PO request processing for vendors and releases.

What you'll do

• Validate supporting documents and process Sales/Purchase Order requests based on vendors and country requirements.
• Ensure required approvals are in place for GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check.
• Clear the order requests queue within SLA.
• Submit PO requests using generated Purchase Requisition Numbers.
• Release completed POs to vendors within SLA.
• Follow up with vendors on order status and estimated time of arrival.
• Communicate vendor delivery requirements to the Logistic team.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear communication in English and Malay (converse and write).
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
