Overview
Associate - Deal Desk (Night Shift) supports the Sales Strategy & Operations function by managing deal requests and the quote-to-cash workflow.
What you'll do
- Act as a subject matter expert on deal policies, including pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and compliance requirements.
- Support the customer lifecycle from lead-to-quote through contract-to-order and booking-to-renewal/cross-sell/upsell.
- Monitor Deals Desk queues and address deal requests within the set SLA while managing workflow and request volumes.
- Coordinate deal progress through the sales cycle and internal approval process with cross-functional teams.
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance compliance and sales productivity.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards, SFDC reports, and performance metrics for actionable insights.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in SFDC and familiarity with CPQ systems, preferably Zuora.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results.
Details
- Night shift timings: 7 PM to 4 AM.
- Remote position, but the candidate must be based in Mumbai.
