Graduate Trainee Management

Overview

Sales Executive Trainee role focused on Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), safety, security and building technology solutions, for a recent graduate or early-career professional.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing and nurturing existing key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the identification, outreach and acquisition of new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Learn and articulate the value proposition of ELV systems including BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Safety and integrated building solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, pre-sales and project management to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations alongside senior team members.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
• Contribute to proposal development and client communications under supervision.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business/marketing related degrees (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge about Automation and Market Analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
