Senior Research Analyst

Overview

Senior Research Analyst in the Research Services function, responsible for real estate market research and reporting for the Hyderabad market.

What you'll do

• Collect, validate and analyse real estate data for the city's Office, Retail, Residential and Industrial asset classes.
• Maintain the sanctity of the city real estate database, taking full responsibility and accountability for it.
• Make insightful analysis of real estate trends at the city level.
• Collaborate with internal C&W transaction teams in Hyderabad to understand market nuances and reflect them in analytical commentary.
• Prepare C&W research newsletters (such as the quarterly market beat) and real estate reports or presentations on various asset classes for the Hyderabad market.
• Support city leadership (MDs and other leaders) by addressing their queries on data, key market trends and insights.
• Track real estate developments in the city, public policies affecting real estate in Maharashtra and Hyderabad, and national real estate news.
• Collaborate with local transaction teams and research counterparts in other cities to share best practices and standardise reports.
• Contribute to larger research products such as white papers, media articles and other thought leadership pieces.

What you'll need

• Excellent data analytical skills.
• Adept with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) for data analytics and presentation.
• High proficiency in writing reports, drafting articles and white papers.
• Good business writing skills, with strict adherence to company templates.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in real estate research.
• Additional interest in allied and emerging real estate segments, such as private equity inflows, data centres, logistics and industrial, and hospitality.
