Graphic & Visual Designer

Overview

Use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts that illustrate key sales messages for print and digital deliverables, collaborating with teams to develop creative, client-centric solutions that convey a compelling visual story.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative design approaches.
• Ensure alignment of visual concepts with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Mentor junior designers to foster skill development and creative growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years full time education is required.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design (must have).
• Strong expertise in animation software and visual effects tools.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging motion visuals.
• Experience in storyboarding and conceptualizing dynamic visual narratives.
• Skilled in integrating motion graphics with other multimedia elements.
• Attention to detail in timing, pacing, and visual composition.
