Visual Designer

Overview

Hands-on Visual Design expert creating high-impact executive presentations, client visit materials and strategic storytelling assets that translate complex business ideas and data into compelling visuals for senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Create executive presentations, leadership decks and client-facing communication materials.
• Develop visual storytelling, infographics and data visualizations for complex business concepts.
• Support leadership and client engagements with high-quality creative assets.
• Partner with business and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful designs.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to improve quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Manage multiple high-priority design deliverables within tight timelines.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years full time education.
• Visual Design (must-have skill).
• 12–15 years of experience in visual design, presentation design, or creative communications.
• Strong expertise in executive presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in data visualization, infographics and information design.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney and Copilot.
• Strong creative thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Client-facing or consulting experience.
