Group Global Center Project Accounting Associate

Overview

The Project Accounting Associate supports client billing, project financial administration, variance management, and project profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Prepare and issue draft and final invoices for Time & Material and Lump Sum projects.
• Coordinate billing reviews and approvals with Project Managers and Partners-in-Charge.
• Process write-offs, billing adjustments, and project variance corrections.
• Manage milestone billing activities and coordinate updates with the Master Data team.
• Monitor e-billing platforms and maintain accurate invoice statuses.
• Route billing tickets and escalate stalled invoices, variances, and billing issues.
• Support timely billing, variance resolution, and project financial health.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Accounting, O2C, Billing, Revenue Operations, or related finance processes.
• Experience with client invoicing, billing administration, and financial reconciliations.
• Exposure to ERP systems, billing tools, and financial reporting processes.
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and approval workflows.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
• Ability to work in EMEA or North America shifts.
