Group Product Manager [Klaxoon]

Overview

Lead the Klaxoon product area and define Wrike’s visual collaboration strategy, including whiteboarding, AI, vertical use cases, product convergence, and customer retention. Develop the product management team and guide the evolution of Klaxoon within Wrike’s broader work management platform.

What you'll do

• Define Klaxoon’s vision, priorities, and roadmap.
• Improve the whiteboard experience and grow adoption among Wrike customers.
• Identify high-value vertical use cases for visual collaboration.
• Shape AI-native processes, tooling, and workflows for R&D.
• Coach and develop Product Managers into strategic product leaders.
• Align Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.

What you'll need

• Experience leading Product Managers or managing complex product areas with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmaps, prioritization, metrics, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
• Experience making strategic trade-offs across product, customer, innovation, and business priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive teams.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing Product Managers.
• Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and differentiated AI use cases.

Nice to have

• Experience with visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products.
• Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development.
• Proficiency in French.
