Group Product Manager [Klaxoon]

Overview

Lead the Klaxoon product area and define Wrike’s visual collaboration strategy across whiteboarding, AI, vertical use cases, product convergence, and customer retention. Develop the Product Management team while balancing customer needs, innovation, and business priorities.

What you'll do

• Define Klaxoon’s vision, priorities, and roadmap.
• Improve the whiteboard experience and grow adoption among Wrike customers.
• Identify high-value vertical use cases for visual collaboration.
• Build AI-native processes, tooling, and operating practices for R&D.
• Coach and develop Product Managers into strategic product leaders.
• Strengthen integration between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.

What you'll need

• Experience leading Product Managers or managing complex product areas with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap, prioritization, metrics, and delivery skills.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
• Experience aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing Product Manager performance.
• Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and differentiated AI use cases.
• Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products.
• Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development.
• Proficiency in French.
