Growth Account Executive, AI Native

Overview

As a Growth Account Executive at Anthropic, you’ll drive expansion and retention of fast-growing startup customers by selling upsells, renewals, and expanded deployment of Anthropic’s frontier AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth through account expansion and renewals.
• Own the full sales cycle for upsell opportunities while maintaining retention.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio.
• Lead strategic account planning, including quarterly business reviews and renewal negotiations.
• Partner with customers to identify new AI use cases and expansion opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap needs.
• Identify and mitigate retention risks while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• A proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding retention targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating strategic deals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills building relationships across customer levels.
• An analytical approach to understanding customer needs and creating solutions for expansion.
• Experience running strategic business reviews and managing executive relationships.
