Growth Engineer

Overview

Growth Engineer at Oliv.AI, responsible for building GTM systems that research accounts, produce and distribute content, manage social/community presence, run partner and campaign programs, and drive qualified pipeline.

What you'll do

• Develop and refine ICP, market segments, buyer personas, and account-selection criteria.
• Translate goals into growth hypotheses and campaign plans, and run/adjust experiments based on pipeline outcomes.
• Build account research and intelligence systems, including enrichment workflows and account-scoring models.
• Own the content engine end to end and evaluate content by pipeline influenced.
• Run social and community activities, including ghostwriting for executives and routing engaged audiences into motion.
• Identify, pitch, and execute partnerships and co-marketing programs to build partner-influenced pipeline.
• Build GTM automation workflows connecting CRM, enrichment, campaign/content tools, internal data, and AI systems.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in growth, GTM engineering, revenue automation, growth operations, or marketing operations.
• Built and executed B2B SaaS growth campaigns for North American or global audiences.
• Working command of SQL and Python or JavaScript, plus comfort with APIs and webhooks.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, agentic workflows, and evaluating AI output.
• Ability to write buyer-ready copy and provide evidence of published writing.
• Experience building a distribution channel from zero (e.g., newsletter, community, content engine, or partner program).
