GTM Strategy & Operations Manager- Special Projects

Overview

Shape and execute strategic initiatives that improve business performance within Motive's International and MCS Sales and Account Management teams, translating business priorities into actionable plans and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic operations business partner to business leaders across a large and complex organization.
• Translate complex data and business problems into clear priorities, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders and ensure initiatives move from planning through execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and lead large, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and other partners.
• Analyze business performance, pipeline, capacity, and broader trends to surface opportunities and risks.
• Improve processes, reporting, planning mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks.

What you'll need

• Experience in business strategy, sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into practical recommendations.
• Demonstrated success leading projects with broad scope from planning through execution.
• Ability to build consensus across teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs, agents, Apps Script, and workflow automation tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: United States, remote.
• Applicants must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Some interviews or new-hire training sessions may be held in person at one of Motive's global offices.
