Guidewire Integration Developer- Senior Associate

Overview

Guidewire Integration Developer (Senior Associate) at PwC's Acceleration Center India, supporting the design, build and maintenance of integration solutions that connect Guidewire platforms with surrounding systems across policy, billing and claims environments.

What you'll do

• Develop and configure Guidewire integrations that connect policy, billing and claims platforms across insurance technology environments
• Analyze business and technical requirements to translate complex integration needs into clear implementation tasks and deliverables
• Write and maintain integration code, interfaces and data mappings using Guidewire tools and related development methods
• Troubleshoot system defects, validate data flows and resolve issues that affect application performance or transaction processing
• Review work products for accuracy, completeness and alignment with technical design and project expectations
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects and project teams to support integration delivery and address emerging issues
• Support cloud transformation and core system modernization efforts for insurance clients through scalable integration solutions
• Apply Guidewire knowledge and software development skills to improve platform functionality and user experience
• Guide junior team members through technical questions, task execution and code review feedback

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• At least one of the following: Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification
• Demonstrating Guidewire integration experience within insurance technology projects
• Applying Scrum methods while developing and testing system integrations
• Translating business requirements into integration solutions and technical deliverables
• Reviewing code, data flows and interface issues for accuracy
• Mentoring junior team members while navigating client delivery work
