Hardware Electrical Design Engineer - Automotive

Overview

Hardware Electrical Design Engineer (TCI) to design, develop, and validate automotive electronic hardware across the full development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Design and develop automotive electrical hardware including power supply, MCU/SoC-based, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Review customer requirements and perform worst-case analysis, simulations, and design verification.
• Create and maintain schematics and support PCB layout; participate in design and technical reviews.
• Develop and maintain electrical DFMEA and support prototype builds and hardware bring-up.
• Execute product validation and testing and support EMC activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams through production release.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience as an Embedded Electrical/Electronics Engineer in automotive hardware development.
• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience in automotive power supply design including LDOs and DC-DC converters.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design using discrete components and ICs.
• Experience designing microcontroller/SoC-based hardware and associated interfaces.
• Hands-on lab validation exposure with tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters.
