Overview

Executive Director to lead the Investment Solutions function in Mumbai for Wealth Management, responsible for building, managing, and overseeing service delivery, controls, risk management, compliance, and governance.

What you'll do

• Lead the build-out and ongoing management of the Investment Solutions function in Mumbai.
• Provide day-to-day oversight to ensure timely, accurate, high-quality delivery of services and deliverables.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Investment Solutions issues in Mumbai and drive timely resolution.
• Establish and enhance operating procedures, controls, and governance routines aligned with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Oversee supervisory review, reporting, and control processes as applicable to the function.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, controls, and workflows for efficiency, quality, and scalability.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, advisory platforms, investment solutions, and global financial markets.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, manage change, and drive operational excellence.
• Strong risk and control mindset in a regulated financial services environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders across regions and functions.
