Director of Software Engineering for Parametric’s Core Operations Platform in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Core Operations Platform.
• Lead architecture and technology decisions focused on scalability, resiliency, security, and efficiency.
• Advance AI and automation strategy for practical efficiency and decision-making use cases.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of solutions for account onboarding, workflows, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Client Relationship Group, Digital, Data Services, and Portfolio Management technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Build and lead an engineering team, including recruiting, mentoring, and retention.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational risk standards and support stability and reliability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 15+ years of hands-on development experience managing technical projects end-to-end.
• 7+ years of experience supervising and guiding software development teams.
• 10+ years of experience developing scalable solutions using .Net and Java framework technologies.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in areas related to current assignments.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI and automation use cases for operational efficiency and decision-making.

Details

• Work mode: Hybrid at Parametric, with 3 office days per week and remote/in-office flexibility for remaining days.
• Location: Mumbai, India.
