Lead Solution Architect

Overview

Lead Solution Architect responsible for designing, integrating, and scaling enterprise digital ecosystems across e-commerce, CRM, and CMS platforms. The role leads cloud-native, headless/composable architecture and large-scale digital commerce transformations.

What you'll do

• Define end-to-end architecture integrating e-commerce, CMS, and CRM systems.
• Design MACH, composable commerce, data flows, and platform integrations.
• Lead architecture for enterprise e-commerce implementations from discovery through stabilization.
• Oversee onshore and offshore technical squads and delivery practices.
• Mitigate integration and performance risks during peak traffic events.
• Advise executives and stakeholders on technical architecture and business value.
• Lead workshops, vendor evaluations, and technical scope estimation.

What you'll need

• 13–15 years of progressive IT experience in engineering, consulting, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on architecture experience delivering 3–4 large-scale enterprise e-commerce projects.
• Deep expertise in at least two of e-commerce, CRM, and CMS/DXP platforms.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, API gateways, and middleware or iPaaS tools.
• Strong cloud architecture skills in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and backend microservices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional, or platform-specific architect certifications.
