Director of Software Engineering for Parametric’s Core Operations Platform, providing technical leadership and delivery leadership for operational technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Core Operations Platform.
• Drive architecture decisions to support scalability, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of solutions for account onboarding, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Partner with multiple technology and operations teams to translate business needs into technology strategies.
• Advance AI and automation use cases for practical improvements in efficiency and decision-making.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team, including recruiting, mentoring, and retention.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational risk standards with stable platform reliability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 15+ years of hands-on development experience managing technical projects.
• 7+ years of experience supervising and guiding software development teams.
• 10+ years of experience developing scalable solutions using .Net and Java frameworks.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI and automation use cases.

Details

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Work model: hybrid with 3 days in the office per week and remote/in-office for the remaining days.
