What you'll do

• Mentor, inspire, and grow engineering managers and senior individual contributors in Bangalore.
• Own the technical roadmap and execution for Okta integrations across enterprise, SaaS, on-prem, and related systems.
• Drive development, rollout, and governance of the official Okta MCP Server.
• Enhance and streamline partner integrations via Terraform Provider improvements.
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to translate an ecosystem vision into secure, scalable execution.
• Ensure integrations adhere to high industry security standards.
• Gather feedback and iterate on integration frameworks with developers and partners.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering organizations, including managing and mentoring engineering managers.
• Domain knowledge in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience building and scaling open ecosystem frameworks, developer tools, and external APIs for adoption.
• Experience bridging legacy infrastructure (on-prem, AD) with modern cloud ecosystems (Azure, SaaS).
• Builder mindset focused on user adoption and reducing developer friction.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
