Director of Engineering

Overview

Director of Engineering to own the Third-Party Audiences product for engineering, architecture, and technology, and lead the Prospect Audiences team.

What you'll do

• Own the Third-Party Audiences product from an engineering, architecture, and technology perspective.
• Lead the Prospect Audiences team (~10 engineers) and guide delivery of roadmap items.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to shape the future and long-range roadmap.
• Collaborate with DevEx and AI Enablement teams to drive AI-native SDLC adoption.
• Partner with architects to build data ingestion and processing architecture.
• Own systems end to end, including deployments, monitoring, distributed tracing, SLOs, and on-call support.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading large-scale data systems and teams.
• Expertise in batch and real-time data processing systems.
• Experience with data engineering design patterns and concepts including Data Lakehouse and Zero-Copy Data Sharing.
• Experience with data technologies including Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Iceberg, Hudi, Delta, EMR, Airflow, Spark, and others.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures such as AWS and Snowflake.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Track record of innovation and driving measurable outcomes, including AI-driven or data-driven product capabilities.
