What you'll do

- Build and lead the international team by hiring three pillar leads and scaling the org globally.

- Design quote-to-cash automation with stakeholders and global teams and define operational bottleneck metrics.
- Develop international operational readiness strategy for new products and markets, including controls and audit support.

- Have managed managers and explain how your work changed after direct reports stopped reporting to you.
- Have built processes where none existed.
- Understand SaaS quote-to-cash across subscription and consumption-based commercial models and explain operational impact of differences.
- Have worked with statutory e-invoicing regimes, local entity requirements, or indirect tax obligations across multiple European jurisdictions.
