Head of Deal Desk - International

Overview

Lead and manage the Deal Desk for Anthropic’s international business across EMEA and APAC, turning complex commercial intent into fast, bookable agreements.

What you'll do

• Own the Deal Desk operating model, team, and outcomes for international business in EMEA and APAC.
• Lead, hire, develop, and scale a team of three Deal Desk professionals.
• Partner as the commercial point for international sales on complex and non-standard deals.
• Run deal approval and review processes with clear thresholds, fast turnaround, and the right escalation paths.
• Validate quotes and signed order forms so they can book cleanly and provision correctly.
• Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Finance to resolve deal trade-offs.
• Define Deal Desk metrics and drive Salesforce/CPQ input quality and tooling improvements.

What you'll need

• Have led a Deal Desk, deal management, or revenue operations function.
• Be comfortable building processes in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
• Have structured complex, non-standard commercial deals (pricing/discounting, multi-year and consumption models, commit and ramp terms).
• Have managed people and can hire, develop, and grow a team.
• Have worked across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting through quote-to-signed, bookable orders.
• Be fluent in Salesforce and CPQ for a modern GTM stack.
• Communicate clearly with field sales and internal control functions and resolve competing interests.
